Yes. She was, can't confirm if she is still. She is there all the way when taking up the start of that quest chain, she is moved to the Echo Isles after you do the scenario. I can't confirm if she is still there as of 7.3.5. — SurafbrovWowpedia administrator T / C 17:26, 29 May 2018 (UTC)

If she is in the quest, she is not supposed to be under the "Orgrimmar Grunt" NPC. She is supposed (as she is) under the Legion section. --Mordecay (talk) 19:03, 29 May 2018 (UTC)
