The Talon of Rukhmar was a weapon used by the Adherents of Rukhmar to sever the wings of heretics before casting them into the pools of Sethekk Hollow and banishing them to the life of an Outcast. Gold thread wrapped around the shaft of the long staff, which was also decorated with gems the color of a clear blue sky. Topping the weapon was a curved stone blade. It was a holy relic from ancient times, said to have been made from Rukhmar's own quills and talons.
Most notably, it was used by High Sage Zelkyr to cut the wings of Ikiss, and by Viryx to cut the wings of Iskar.[1]
