This template places a boilerplate disambiguation page backlink. It was created for Arathi Basin reward items and is used by those item articles, but should work for many disambiguated articles. It is a template because the very same format disambiguation page backlink is used often and it provides a uniform appearance.
Parameter 1 or dpage= is the target disambiguation page for the backlink. This is typically the same as the Name= parameter in the tooltip for items. This parameter is required. For example, passing it "Dryad's Wrist Bindings" produces:

Parameter 2 or vname= is the word or phrase qualifying the difference between the disambiguated items. The default word is "version". The Arathi Basin reward item articles typically used "level" for this parameter. For example:

Leaving out the all the parameters produces the error message:
