The Locust is a title granted after killing Ka'roz the Locust and taking his ability during the Paragons of the Klaxxi fight. It is a part of the [Now We are the Paragon] achievement. All players can take this title.
The title is not permanent, but is granted via a 60-minute buff called Strong Legs.
