The Vision of Ugly Zul is a projection of Ugly Zul that appears at the Cursed Altar of Zem'lan on the Golden Isle in Vol'dun during 
[30-60] The First Time I Died, as one of the pirates who gathered to witness the ritual in which Pirate-King Zem'lan cursed his crew into skeletons. After First Mate Jamboya is turned into a skeleton, Zul can be seen cowering in fear.
