Vormu in Dalaran.
Vormu is a bronze dragon in dwarven form responsible for allowing players to queue for Black Temple and Ulduar Timewalking during the The Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking events, respectively. She can be found next to Cupri at the Terrace of Light in Shattrath City, as well as in the Karabor Sewers just inside the Black Temple itself. She can also be found standing next to Auzin at the center fountain in Dalaran.
The reason she went back in time to the Black Temple was to stop an unknown entity messing up the Illidari battleplans for the incoming assault on Mardum but she came too late to stop it. Similarly, the reason she sent agents back to Ulduar was because the titan locks holding Yogg-Saron in place were tampered with and artificially aged in order to release the Old God early.

[30R] Disturbance Detected: Black Temple in both Shattrath and the Black Temple, Vormu only allows players to queue for Black Temple Timewalking when they talk to her in Shattrath. - Vormu is the first known dragon to assume a dwarven humanoid form.
